| You are visiting CubaDomainsForSale.com. We welcome
you to the secondary Domain name market for ICANN approved and registered top level Domain names! We have been
selecting, registering, renewing and maintaining Cuba and Cuban related Domain
names for many years. We were the very first in the business! Domain names listed on CubaDomainsForSale.com,
as well as our other Domain names, have been chosen for very specific
and certain value reasons. As you consider your own web site, we recommend a logical progression
towards your involvement. In the process of buying an internet Domain
name, the first and best
step in getting a web site of your own, is to
contact us
naming the Domain or Domains in which you have interest. We will respond with information,
such as the cost of the Domain name(s), the terms and conditions of the sale, lease or rental
of the Domain names(s), the transfer procedure and estimated time involved.
We also offer hosting of your new web site and often
host the newly transferred internet Domain on our servers. As there is agreement to all
conditions of sale and transfer, including payment, we then request an order to start the
Domain ownership transfer process, normally taking three to five business days. We will
then, if appropriate, finalize terms with a selected Internet Service Provider
(ISP).
PLEASE NOTE: Domain Registrant (owner) changes normally take three to five business days.
However, for safety reasons, in the unlikely event that a change of registrar request is
submitted for a Domain name that has been registered for less than 60 days, the processing
may
be delayed until the Domain name registration is over 60 days old to
allow full verifications.
CubaDomainsForSale.com strongly advises that
every client check Trademarks before registration or purchase of a Domain name.
WHO IS INVOLVED IN A SUCCESSFUL TRANSACTION?
 |
the current Domain Registrant (the Owner of Record); |
 |
the individual or entity committing to
the purchase, payment, lease or rental of that chosen Domain name (the New Registrant); |
 |
the Domain Registrar of record
(consult www.whois.sc); |
 |
the United States Postal Service
(Registered Mail for funds and some documents transfer); |
 |
your bank and our
bank (in the case of wire transfer); |
 |

transmittal and exchange); and, |

STEP BY STEP, THE
EXPERIENCE OF CUBADOMAINSFORSALE.COM IS
THERE FOR YOU.
FIRST, we validate and certify ownership of the Domain(s) under
transfer consideration.
SECOND, we make certain of the exact name of the Domain(s) that you wish to
purchase, lease or rent. We then finalize, in writing, the terms and conditions of the
price, terms, sale, payment
and transfer. There must be a complete, mutually accepted, written understanding,
normally accomplished by e-mail.
THIRD, we request that you provide certain identification. We are a legitimate
provider of services, and deal in the full light of appropriate truth and disclosure. This
ID will also ensure that the Domain(s) will be transferred to the correct entity.
Spelling is important! Please
view our Privacy Policy Statement HERE. In the case of
a transfer to a New-Registrant residing outside of the United States, we
may request that you state the Nation of your citizenship (a statement
on the Domain Relinquishment Agreement.)
FOURTH, there is an exchange, by both FAX and by hard copy, of required
identification and authentication documentation. This is accomplished
with our Domain Relinquishment Agreement form.
FIFTH, we correspond in writing with the internet Domain Registrar of record and
request release and/or transfer of that particular Domain name.
SIXTH, We transmit to you an Affidavit of Citizenship, as it is
illegal for us to transact business with any citizen,
representative, or agent
of Cuba, Iran, Libya, North Korea, Syria or Sudan or a citizen of any
other country that is, or an entity that is, restricted by the United
States government from transacting or conducting business, in any form,
or is prohibited from trading with residents of the United States.
SEVENTH, after receipt of all of the above documentation, we then send a confirming
FAX and/or letter and an e-mail to the buyer, the seller, the Domain name registrar and to
the internet service provider, in the case of an active web site, with the particulars of
the transaction and a detailed description and timeline of their part to be played in the
successful completion of the transaction.
EIGHTH - When the all of the agreed upon funds are on deposit, and
have cleared, with CubaDomainsForSale.com, or our agent, when the Registrar has done their work of changing
the ownership record, when InterNIC has processed those changes and accurately listed and
distributed the name of the new owner (Registrant) of the Domain name, we will distribute
the agreed upon funds as per the written agreement on file, by United States Postal
Registered Mail and/or Federal Express.
For the benefit and safety of all concerned, we never transfer a
Domain name to a buyer until payment in full is received and on deposit
and cleared.
For the protection of the buyer, we never transfer funds to a seller
until the completed Domain
Name Relinquishment Agreement is received from the buyer and the seller, the completed
Domain Name Transfer
Agreement is received from the seller, the information has been verified by
CubaDomainsForSale.com and all of the changes have been completely processed and published
by InterNIC for all to see. Only then will the seller's funds be disbursed in full, as
agreed upon in writing.
Ownership of the Domain name will then have been successfully
transferred.
In the case of a third party seller, the seller of record
(Registrant) will also receive an e-mail from the Registrar requesting release of the
Domain name to the new named owner (New Registrant). This simple password
protected process is accomplished smoothly thousands of times every day all over the world
and seldom presents any problem. There are fees charged by the Registrar for ownership
(Registrant) name changes; those ordinary fees will be negotiated and paid in full from the
proceeds of the sale by CubaDomainsForSale.com.
The entire process, beginning with our receiving of the order to
purchase, and ending with the transfer and registration of the Domain is in the new
owner's name, most often takes between three to five business days.
PLEASE NOTE: Domain Registrant (owner) changes normally take three to five business days.
However, for safety reasons, in the unlikely event that a change of registrant request is
submitted for a Domain name that has been registered for less than 60 days, processing
will be delayed until the Domain registration is 60 days old.
We reserve the right to reject any Domain name transaction without
providing a stated reason whatever. In such an event, you will be notified
quickly.
Transactions are negotiated and must be paid in United States of
America dollars ($) and are payable in advance at the time of transaction by prepayment
account.
