CubaDomainsForSale.com provides a quality forum for your Domain name(s) to be listed, developed, marketed and/or sold. We do all of the work: we showcase and market the Domain name, answer questions regarding the Domain name, transfer the name ownership (Registrant), etc. As offers on the listed names are verified as to quality, we forward all offers directly to the Registrant, as long as they exceed our minimum requirements (currently $2,150.00). For this service we will reserve a 10% commission as the Domain name is sold and transferred. We charge a one time $20.00 setup and entry fee for each name listed with CubaDomainsForSale.com.

We reserve the right to reject any Domain name submitted for listing, without providing any stated reason whatever. We only accept Domain names that we feel have the highest and most easily realized market potential. As we do not list, there is no fee.

We always reject Domain names:

	that we feel may violate trademark statutes.
	for which we can not verify valid and accountable ownership.
	where there is any question on the identity of the Domain name holder.
	that we feel may violate FCC rules regarding obscenity.
	that we believe will not market for more than $1,150.00 plus our fees.
	where we feel that the asking price set is not realistic.
	that we feel may imply a political statement in any way.
	that we deem to possibly be a part of any pending bankruptcy or litigation.
	that are multilingual (other than Spanish) or that contain special characters.

We almost always reject Domain names that have no logical and/or marketable connection with Cuba or things that often involve Cuba or Cubans.

We also almost always reject Domain names that have an extension other than dot com (.com) or dot edu (.edu.) There are exceptions to this practice, at our discretion. Search engine effectiveness is most often the reason for exception.

We only list Domain names that are registered with ICANN (Internet Corporation for Assigned Names and Numbers) certified authoritative Registries which are administered under contract with the United States Department of Commerce.

We suggest, to help the marketing process, that if you are not using the listed Domain name, that you change the IP DNS1 and DNS2 addresses so that they point to our servers. This will help to promote the fact that your Domain name is for sale. If you are using the Domain name, and currently have a web site operating, you might like to place a notice in a prominent place on the index page, with words to the effect that "This Domain name for sale", with a link to CubaDomainsForSale.com.

PLEASE NOTE: Domain registrant (owner) changes normally take three to five business days. However, for safety reasons, in the unlikely event that a change of registrant request is submitted for a Domain name that has been registered for less than 60 days, the processing will be delayed until the Domain registration is 60 days old.

Again..... we reserve the right to reject any Domain name submitted for processing or for listing, without providing any stated reason whatever. We will do so quickly.

Transactions are negotiated and must be paid in United States of America dollars and are payable in advance at the time of transaction by prepayment account.
